Welcome to o-lemon. "We", "us" and "our" refer to o-lemon. These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and our Shipping and Returns policies, govern your use of this website and any purchase you make through it.

By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this site or place an order. By using the site, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Accuracy of information
You do not need an account to shop with us. When you place an order, you agree that the contact, billing, and shipping information you provide is accurate and complete, and that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

Our products
We do our best to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen. We may update product descriptions, limit quantities, or discontinue a product at any time.

Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we may accept or decline. Your order is confirmed once we send you an order confirmation email. Please check your order carefully before submitting it. This does not affect your legal right to cancel or return your order under our Returns and Refunds policy.
You confirm that your purchase is for your own personal use, not for resale.

Prices and payment
All prices shown include UK VAT. Delivery duties, where applicable, are also included, as explained in our Shipping policy. Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout.
Prices and promotions may change at any time, but the price you are charged is the price shown at the time you place your order.
You confirm that your payment details are accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

Shipping and delivery
Delivery times given at checkout and on our Shipping page are estimates. Occasionally, delivery may be delayed by factors outside our control, such as courier delays. See our Shipping policy for full details.

Intellectual property
Everything on this site, including text, images, logos, and design, belongs to o-lemon or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. This site runs on Shopify. Any purchase you make is a transaction between you and o-lemon, not Shopify. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of that transaction.

Your feedback and reviews
If you send us feedback, reviews, or suggestions, you give us permission to use them, including publicly and for marketing, without payment. Errors on the site
Occasionally, our site may contain errors in pricing, descriptions, or availability. We may correct these at any time, and may cancel an order affected by a genuine pricing or listing error, even after you have received a confirmation.

We may suspend or end your access to the site at any time, for example if you breach these Terms. Any amounts you already owe us remain payable.

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any other consumer protection law that applies to you. If a product is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, your statutory rights apply in full, in addition to anything in our Returns and Refunds policy.

Our liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this site or our products. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

If something goes wrong with your order
If you believe we are at fault for a loss connected to your order, please contact us first at connect@o-lemon.com so we can try to put it right. This does not affect your right to bring a claim under applicable consumer protection law.

If our business changes hands
If o-lemon is sold, merges, or transfers its business, we may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms as part of that change. This will not affect your consumer rights.

Severability
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect.

Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes apply from the date they are posted here. If you have already placed an order, the Terms in effect at the time of your order apply to that order.

Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel, where o-lemon is based. If you are a consumer in the UK, this does not remove any protections you are entitled to under UK consumer law, which continue to apply regardless of this clause.
